Have any of you been to Trader Joe’s lately? Fall is in full force and I LOVE IT! Last week my basket got a little crazy as I stocked up on a few staples I have been waiting for since last year like their Pumpkin Spice Granola. BUT I also found so many new items that intrigued me like their Curried Carrot & Cashew Dip that’s Vegan and only 30 calories for 2 TBS?! I had to.
As I went to checkout, the bag boy even said “Wow, we have so many new items I haven’t even seen yet!” while the unusually pessimistic cashier replied, “Ya, too many if you ask me….” Maybe he was having a bad morning or maybe we just can’t be fall friends because I’m clearly very excited about this. So excited in fact that I decided to dedicate a whole post to my favorite fall finds at Trader Joe’s. (This also gave me a great excuse to try almost everything😉)
Pumpkin Spice Granola
If you follow me on Instagram, you’ll likely know that this has been my go-to breakfast lately. I love this granola with 1/2 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk and a banana for breakfast! I’m going to try it next with some baked apples for dessert. Stay tuned!
Pumpkin Spice Pumpkin Seeds
These are perfect for salad toppers, on apples with nut butter, mixed into your morning yogurt, and just snacking straight from the bag.
Pumpkin Greek Yogurt
This is SUPER sweet but definitely a great dessert option or even breakfast with some of the pumpkin granola. Forewarning, it has WAY more sugar than I would normally like, but it’s a treat 🙂
These have been my go-to dessert! Each cookie is just 55 calories and they pair perfectly with a nighttime tea after dinner. They’re also great dipped in coffee 😉
Carrot Ginger Dip
At first, the texture of the dip surprised me because I think I was expecting a hummus consistency, but after I got past that, it really started to grow on me. I like dipping plantain chips and veggies in it for an afternoon snack.
This has been my go-to lunch the past week. I toss it with some heirloom tomatoes and an avocado. The dressing is a little sweet for me so I usually only use a little of it though.
Pumpkin Spice RX Bars
I haven’t tried these, but they looked delicious. Stay tuned!
YESSSS! I get this every year and it’s so good on toast, croissants, all the baked goods.

I’ll definitely have this be a “living” post and update it throughout the season for you guys since there are SO many fun new things to try.
