Fall is one of my favorite times of the year. I mean there’s the pumpkin spice lattes (and well everything pumpkin really), the crisp air🍁, the holiday movies (I’ve already watched Hocus Pocus, Halloween Town, and The Adams Family — no shame), the near-perfect running conditions, and of course the LEGGINGS and BOOTS!
Normally, I LOVE shopping for new sweaters, scarves, boots, and the coziest autumn apparel (even though I know I won’t usually be able to wear it until winter in San Diego😜). But this year, I’m really looking forward to more functional, fall, work from home attire (aka workout wear…).
You see, I started my business a few months ago, and while I’d like to tell you that I get dressed everyday, do my makeup, and “put myself together”, that’s just not the case.
I usually wake up, roll out of bed, make a cup of coffee and get to work. Or I’ll wake up, roll out of bed, make a cup of coffee and go to the gym. On the days that I go to the gym, I’ll usually work from a coffee shop or Starbucks after my workout to get a change of scenery.
That’s why I need workout wear that’s not only functional in class but fashionable — so I look a little more “put together” in public 🙂
prAna’s Fall Workout LIne
prAna’s fall workout line meets both of these criteria. I am in love with this white striped tank top they sent me that has a built-in bra and a fun criss-cross styled back. I ordered the small and it’s a perfect fit though not super supportive (however, built in bras are rarely supportive for me since I usually wear a C-D). Still, I’ve worn this top to numerous yoga and Pilates classes, and it’s worked out great. It also transitions seamlessly from sweat to street style. I regularly wear it on my Saturday morning coffee strolls with Sean or just while I’m relaxing at home #nogymnecessary.

While I’m usually the plain black leggings kind of girl, I couldn’t help but be drawn to these cool colors. The material is so soft and durable — great for yoga, Pilates, walking, and stretching. I’m so glad I went out of my element with these because they are definitely a fun, fall fitness must.
