Oh hey! How are you doing? It’s been a while since I’ve made an update — OK, about a month to be exact. Seriously though, I feel like August was such a blur. I ran my 10th half marathon, I signed on a few new clients, I binge-watched most of Suits, and I chopped my hair off💇
Now that September is here, I’m feeling a little more settled into my work routine and excited for all of my adventures ahead. I’ll be spending a weekend in Napa with my family, welcoming home my friend from deployment in San Luis Obispo, and getting ready for my favorite annual 5k — The Fit Foodie Run!
This will be my 5th year at the event and I’m beyond excited because they changed the course to Liberty Station — one of my favorite running spots in San Diego! It’s mostly flat, it’s scenic as you run along the water, and there are so many places to eat nearby! One thing I’m also really excited about this year is the new Bib Pick Up location & celebration at Soda & Swine. There will be exclusive Fit Foodie happy hour specials — and I’m already dreaming about their crispy brussel sprouts!
