Happy Monday! This past weekend was one for the books. My boyfriend’s family came into town to celebrate his Dad’s birthday so naturally, we kicked things off at Wonderland Friday night for some San Diego sunset views and ice cold brews🍺

- Walk (or Run) around the Harbor
I really do have to give my boyfriend some credit because he really did plan the perfect weekend in San Diego. Saturday was FILLED with an entire agenda of activities starting at Law Street Beach at 9AM for a day of fun in the sun.
Next, we had a “wine happy hour” at our apartment before heading to BASIC pizza in downtown, and then off to the Padres game where they actually won 4-2! It was also free hat night and they were so stinkin’ cute!
Sunday morning we all woke up bright & early for the San Diego Blood Bank 5k which took place near Waterfront Park in Little Italy. Running is such a great way to explore a city and it was awesome to get everyone out and moving before our celebratory brunch at one of my personal favorites, Queenstown Public House.
To say I am ready for a nap and some veggies would be an understatement😉
I think I may have overdone it last week with my training runs since I have an aching pain in my left calf muscle. So this week I’m taking a step backing and focusing on arms, abs, yoga, and lots of stretching!
- Monday: Pilates
- Tuesday: Tone It Up Tight & Toned Core Mashup + Heated Yoga at Ashley Lane Fitness
- Wednesday: Tone It Up Total Body Toning + 30 Minutes Cardio
- Thursday: 4 Miles Easy
- Friday: REST
- Saturday: 8 Mile Run (Race Pace)
- Sunday: Namaste Rose Yoga Event at Voltaire Beach House
