I have been looking forward to this week for about a year now, and I still can’t believe it’s finally here. This week one of my best friends is getting MARRIED! I can’t wait to celebrate the bride to be, sip on some amazing wine, and get all dressed up (I’m in desperate need of a pedicure thanks to marathon training…). Also, who knows, I may catch the bouquet again😉💐 (I don’t think the boyfriend will think that’s funny though — he doesn’t get my humor).
SO with the wedding and what’s sure to be a busy week at work, I’m really planning ahead with my workouts and recipes. This weekend I had a killer 9 mile training run so this week is focused on arms, core, and shorter (faster) runs.
Also, I just found this AMAZING Toasted Coconut Granola at Trader Joe’s which is totally worth mentioning — I know it’s random but it’s delicious and worth it. I had it twice on Sunday (once with a little almond & blackberries + once with an Acai bowl). Both equally delicious.
Most of my meals this week are lower in carbs (because #bridesmaiddress) and include fish because I’m getting bored of chicken and want to switch it up. I’m especially looking forward to the Shrimp Cauliflower “Fried” Rice bowls because those are my favorite!

- Wednesday: 5 Daily Moves + Ball Workout + 20 Minutes Cardio
- Thursday: 5 Daily Moves + 4 Mile Interval Run + Arms & Abs
- Friday: 5 Daily Moves + 20 Minutes Cardio + Arms & Abs
- Saturday: Rest Day
- Sunday: 5 Daily Moves + 3 Mile Run
