The holidays are here and I could not be happier! Bring on the candy cane, peppermint, and hot cocoa please. While I love this time of year, it also means lots of holiday parties, weeknight baking, and busy schedules.

That’s why I’m all about quick, convenient, and festive treats. These Candy Cane Croissant Rolls are perfect for upcoming occasions like Christmas morning, your next holiday party, or even gifts for friends/family. Even better news, they take less than 20 minutes to cook! 

I am forewarning you though, these are ADDICTING! The first batch I made didn’t even last 24 hours in my house.

Candy Cane Croissant Roll Recipe Using Pillsbury Dough

All you need is:

  • 1 Bag of Mini Marshmallows
  • 1 bag of Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Box of Candy Canes
  • Croissant Rolls (1 can makes about 8-10 rolls)

Ingredients
  1. 1 Bag of Mini Marshmallows
  2. 1 bag of Chocolate Chips
  3. 1 Box of Candy Canes
  4. Croissant Rolls (1 can makes about 8-10 rolls)
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375F
  2. Roll out the dough into triangles
  3. Add a few marshmallows, chocolate chips, and crushed candy canes on the croissant
  4. Roll the croissants from the thick side first to the point of the triangle
  5. Bake for 11-13 minutes on a greased cookie sheet
  6. Top with crushed candy canes

I highly recommend serving them fresh out of the oven or slightly warmed so the chocolate is nice and gooey.
